Privacy Policy

Kloē is a back office for real estate agents. This policy explains what data Kloē collects, how it is used and how you control it.

What we collect

• Access request details you give us: name, email, phone, brokerage, role, market, team size, who handles your back office today and what it costs you, plus the link or QR code that brought you to the page.
• During early access, the emails you forward to Kloē and the deal details in them.
• When you connect a tool (for example Google Calendar or your CRM), the data Kloē needs to do the work you ask for, such as calendar events and contact records.

How we use it

Only to provide Kloē’s features to you: tracking your deals, drafting messages for your approval, preparing documents and sending your daily report. We do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run Kloē for us (hosting, database, sending and receiving email, and AI processing), and only so they can provide that service to you. We never sell your data.

Google user data

The use of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Kloē does not use Google Workspace data to train generalized AI or machine learning models.

Your choices

You can disconnect any tool at any time and ask us to delete your data.
