These draft terms will govern use of Kloē once early access opens. Requesting access does not create a paid commitment.
Your account and approvals
You stay responsible for the messages, documents and listing changes you approve. Kloē prepares work for you. You post every MLS change, brokerage compliance upload and showing or deposit update yourself. Client messages go out only after you approve them, or under autopilot rules you turn on for a task type.
Acceptable use
Use Kloē only for your own real estate business and in line with your MLS, brokerage and state rules.
Changes
We will tell waitlist members about material changes before they take effect.
